Josue W. Padilla began his ministerial career from an early age, receiving his call to the ministry at the young age of 15. He was born and raised in a Christian home and was taught and presented with opportunities for ministry from his youth. After his pastoral studies his first ministerial assignment was as Director of Youth and Christian Education for the South Central Hispanic Region of the Church of God in the USA (1996-1999 and 2006-2009). Today he serves as an evangelical pastor and speaker on marriages, Christian stewardship, and church leadership.

Josue Padilla is a National Evangelist and Evangelist to Latin America assigned by the international offices of the Church of God.

Prior to his work as youth director, he was a youth pastor for over 7 years at the local church and a children's church pastor for 3 years. Other areas of his service in ministry have been serving on the board of directors of the Hispanic Network of Youth Leaders in Dallas/Ft. Worth and HYCLA (Hispanic Youth and Children's Leander Association) with the Church of God. Since 2011 he has been working as a representative and personality of I Am Second, with a missionary organization called e3 Partners where  he was a leader trainer for church planting. His preaching is dynamic and brings his audience face to face with the reality of their need for God and a dependence on the Holy Spirit. His teaching is biblical and in a contextual way with personal experiences that have changed his life, making it a teaching style related to daily living and in a simple and direct way. Josué has traveled preaching and teaching throughout the United States and in other countries in Central and South America for over 25 years.

Josue graduated from the Hispanic Ministerial Institute in 1997 where he received his diploma in pastoral studies and his certificate of ministerial practice (MIP). He currently lives in the Dallas, Texas area from where he continues his work as an evangelist, speaker, and teacher. He has been married to Patricia Ann since 1999 and they have two children; Brianna and Caleb.
